NOTE: "The registration payment for (i) Main Conference, will be made directly to the TGDC-ARGeo C10 Conference bank account dedicate to the Tenth ARGeo Conference (ARGeo-C10). Once you make the payment via wire transfer please send a copy of the receipt to [email protected] and a copy to [email protected] for recording purposes".

CONFIRMATION: You will receive confirmation of your registration by email. If you do not receive any information within 48 hours, please contact [email protected] to ensure we have received your registration.
CANCELLATION: Non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If you cancel at least 10 full working days before the event date you will only be charged at 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellation which are the result of a force majeure
event will also be chargeable on the above
guidelines. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
All other amendments to your registration may
incur a 5% charge.
