CANCELLATION: Non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If you cancel at least 10 full working days before the event date you will only be charged at 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellation which are the result of a force majeure event will also be chargeable on the above guidelines. Substitutions are welcome at any time. All other amendments to your registration may incur a 5% charge.
